Warren's already being attacked by Sanders supporters on Twitter for not agreeing

with Sanders that whoever has the most delegates, even if they don't have a majority of delegates, should be the nominee.

She sided with the others who are in favor of letting the process play out and the superdelegates vote.

Anyway, you can find a lot of responses here:

https://twitter.com/search?q=warren%20superdelegates&src=typed_query

I'm guessing she thought she could win back some supporters from Sanders by attacking the moderates, especially Bloomberg, as hard as possible.

And she didn't go after Sanders because she wants to win over his supporters.

But it looks like her not siding with Sanders on that crucial question wiped out any brownie points she might have earned, in his supporters' eyes, by attacking the moderates.

Some sample replies from that search for

warren superdelegates

@ewarren did a fantastic job of beating Bloomberg down. But she had to ruin it as she stood in favor of letting superdelegates take over the will of the voters in choosing the nominee. Bernie is the only one who stood with the voters and democracy

Liz Warren says she will NOT pledge her delegates to Bernie at the convention if he has a plurality, not a majority. She has lost all rights to criticize the electoral college, corruption or billionaires if she is happy allowing superdelegates to decide who our nominee will be

Warren agrees with Bloomberg that superdelegates should take the nomination from Bernie when he gets the most votes. Spare me the praise of her attacks on him.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But, he, she won. We love fights.

Personally, I am hoping that she would siphon votes from Sanders, if they still are of the same mode.

other candidates have no problem

If someone goes in to the convention with 30% of the delegates, and 70% of the delegates are split between the other candidates, no f**king way should someone with 30% automatically get the nomination.

50% of the delegates, no problem. Probably 40% also no problem

but 30% is not even close to a consensus, and that is why we have a second round with Super Delegates if no candidate obtains the required delegate count for a majority

Oh, it does to the talking heads who solemnly make points about what the 'twitterverse' is saying, but you know what? Not that many people really care. It's sort of like All-Star Wrestling. Fun, good to get in the ring and get rough, but in the end, life goes on and we forget about what was said there.

What was it Shakespeare said? Something about people strutting around on the stage of life, all sound and fury, signifying nothing? That's twitter. The Hill, too, to a degree. Lots of trolls on The Hill. But these people are all in their own bubbles.

NEVADA 2/19 DEBATE

Should the candidate with the most delegates, even if they’re short of a clinching majority, be the unquestioned Dem nominee?
Bloomberg: No, Warren: No, Biden: No, Pete: No, Klobuchar: No
SANDERS: YES

BUT: Going into the 2016 convention

Hillary had 2205 pledged delegtes
Sanders had 1846 pledged delegates

Hillary won 34 primaries/caucuses, sanders 23

Hillary won 55% of the primary/caucus popular vote, sanders 43%
(Sanders could not have possibly won the nomination after May 3—at that point, he needed 984 more pledged delegates, but there were only 933 available in the remaining contests.)

Sanders WHOLE campaign argument from April/ May until the July convention was that the super delegates SHOULD IGNORE THE ABOVE AND ALL VOTE FOR HIM BECAUSE HE WAS THE STRONGER NATIONAL CANDIDATE.

FOR EXAMPLE:

“We want to make a case to superdelegates that Bernie Sanders is the strongest candidate,” said Mark Longabaugh, a senior campaign strategist. Superdelegates will have to balance voters’ wishes with their political judgment, he said: “Both considerations are there. Every individual superdelegate will have to make their own decision.”
LA Times 4/16/16

Right now, in every major poll, national poll and statewide poll done in the last month, six weeks, we are defeating Trump often by big numbers, and always at a larger margin than Secretary Clinton is. We’re going to make the case to the superdelegates, “Your job is to make sure that Trump is defeated, that Bernie Sanders, in fact, for a variety of reasons, not just polling, is the strongest candidate.
Sanders also told Dickerson that while he still doesn’t think much of Clinton’s ongoing email scandal, he believes that superdelegates and the remaining Democratic voters should consider it when making their selection:
