How long before Bernie co-signs Trump's letter blasting CNN:
Donald Trump Letter to CNN Promises Legal Action for "Highly Biased" News
Donald Trump has sent CNN an extraordinary four-page letter that pledges legal action.
The missive from Trump attorney Charles Harder references recent videos from Project Veritas purporting to have a CNN "whistle-blower" discussing direction from the cable news network's president Jeff Zucker.
"Your own employees appear to state that CNN is focused on trying to 'take down President Trump,' driven by a 'personal vendetta' that Mr. Zucker purportedly has against him, rather than reporting the news in an objective manner," writes Harder. "In the Footage, your employees appear to state that CNN attempts to make its reporting appear neutral and unbiased, when in fact its reporting is far from neutral and highly biased against the President."
The letter contrasts aspirational ethical standards promulgated by media groups with supposed evidence that Trump says he has accumulated about CNN's bias.

(42,862 posts)I'm sure she simply "mis-spoke" and her apology will be given as much prominence as the original lie was given.
Shit like this doesn't happen in a vacuum, you know. This comes from the top. I'm sorry, I just can't support (or sit idly by and do/say nothing) any campaign that shows such grotesque lack of ethics, lack of character, lack of judgement. What kind of administration would that be?
This desperation tactic is shameful enough. What other shame would they bring to the office?

(32,640 posts)Gray gave an interview to CNN on Wednesday, where she claimed that the former New York City mayor has suffered heart attacks in the past. This came as Gray defended Sanders refusal to release his complete medical records, drawing a comparison between birtherism and the smear campaign from those whove raised concerns about the senators health since his heart attack last year.
Theres no proof Bloomberg ever had heart attacks as Gray claimed, though Bloomberg did undergo a stent procedure in 2000 after Mr. Bloomberg complained of discomfort and tiredness, according to the Bloomberg-friendly source who spoke to the New York Times in 2007.
Gray got on Twitter after her interview to acknowledge this fact and admit she misspoke about Bloomberg
.............................................................................
This comes a day after Gray falsely claimed on CNN that 64 sexual assault allegations have been made against Bloomberg. Sexual harassment claims have been made against Bloombergs company. Gray has said she misspoke about this as well.
