I've said it before and I'll say it again: we need a WARREN/CASTRO ticket.

Looking at the electoral map again yesterday woke me up AGAIN to our need to be competitive, and WIN, in Texas and perhaps Colorado or Nevada. And one or two of the former "blue wall" states we lost last time.

To do that we need a large Hispanic turnout.

I am sure this is not terribly new news to you and anybody else in the Dem Party who looks at the electoral map. I am not a Steve Kornacki but we can all do the math.

Here is one map that shows the dynamic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_states_and_blue_states

I believe a Warren/Castro ticket could do this for us. Warren was a star of the first magnitude at the Dem debate this past week. She has shown she can deliver OUR DEMOCRATIC MESSAGE forcefully. But we need the diversity, the voice, that can carry our message of inclusion equally as forcefully.

I think we win if we have a Warren/Castro ticket this year!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

It’s a play for Georgia. Get Pennsylvania and Georgia and it’s over. Plus we have a shot at one if not both senate seats.

If it comes down to a brokered convention with Bernie having a plurality, if it's they broker some deal to keep bernie off the ticket, Warren/Castro is about as good they could do.

i really hope folks wake up and see the ew is bernie minus the baggage. and a better track record of getting things done. i mean, people, the consumer finance agency. hello?

i've said this before, so i will say it again-
i dont understand how we go into the war for the future carrying all bernie's baggage when ew just has this nice little handbag.

If Castro can deliver Texas that would be 38 electoral votes which is HUGE. That one state is even more electoral votes than AZ, CO, NV, UT and NM added together.

is based on what some of my friends in AZ have told me (hearsay?) that more and more young progressive people that are seeking better jobs and lower cost of living are moving there, especially young folks from California.
