Warren now saying Bloomberg should be disqualified to run

I guess if he doesn't use the contract she wrote for those NDA's. Warren making rules now of who can run for President and who can't?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

And of course, candidates want to persuade you to adopt their opinions as yours. But don't worry, she has no power to actually "qualify" or "disqualify" him from the nomination, any more than the DU posters who talk of disqualifying someone can. Only the DNC has such power.

I get why she is afraid to hit Bernie too hard though. A lot of people are still deciding between the two of them, plus I think they are (were) pretty good friends.

But she should stop going after Bloomberg, at least for now, and let him go after Bernie.

My understanding is that strategically, she decided it would be better not to attack Bernie too hard because she wants his supporters to either switch over to her or at least support her in the general if she wins the nomination. Also, she has probably noticed that other candidates have hurt themselves more than Bernie when they attacked Bernie.

For the kill.

This is the killer instinct we need in our candidate!

I've not been a fan of Warren but I got to say since Wed night I've been very impressed. She had more backbone than any of the other candidates on that stage. She took a risk and came out all guns blazing to take down the Republican usurper. Sure it was easy once Warren had proved he was weak for the others to pile in, but she took a personal risk.

Now she's going in for the kill.

The primaries need to weed out the weak-candidates so if she can take him out now its good, we don't need that baggage in Nov.

12. This and so many other things make me think of Putin and Trump messaging each other
Fri Feb 21, 2020, 01:25 PM
Feb 2020

Sometimes I am in meetings with blah-blah-blah people and my boss and I are messaging each other with hilarious comments to keep ourselves sane.
I imagine DT and Putin messaging each other as they watch this stuff saying, "We are going to so kill these people in November. Look at how they're wasting their time and energy."

Elizabeth has made a great point on the NDAs. Drafted the legal paperwork. Now get on with reaching the people who think she's a scary communist and win! Differentiate yourself from Bernie--you'll probably get his votes if you get ahead of him--or help someone else win, who's not Trump!

I want them all to sit down and take a break. Maybe do some teambuilding!

Fri Feb 21, 2020, 01:26 PM
Feb 2020

except for the voters. The DNC can't make Bloomberg withdraw (at least he's been a Democrat at times when he's not even running for president, unlike another candidate); there's no rule preventing him from running for president as a Democrat as long as he ascribes to the general principles of the party, which he seems to have done despite some instances of un-Democratic behavior, and he's Constitutionally eligible. I don't like Bloomberg and don't want him to be nominated, but he can't be "disqualified" by anybody but the voters. I do like Warren but that was not a very sensible remark.

What I really want her to do is go after Sanders the way she went after Bloomberg.

God knows that I'm not in love with Bloomberg, but she really needs to start going after tRump again here soon as well, because that hog is is unhinged on 'roids now.

We all know that she'll destroy him in a debate one-on-one, but he's in survival mode, so he may not even give her the chance to debate him one-on-one on a stage if she ends up being the nominee because he's a fat, evil, sexually-assaulting, treasonous, emboldened coward on STEROIDS, breaking laws almost hourly now since his party of putin Senate turned him loose. Secondly, we know that whoever the Dem nominee is, he'll be coming after them with something the likes of which we've never seen before, because like I said and as we know, he'd in survival mode.

Save some of that real nasty bile for the fat, treasonous, ignorant, racist, sexually-assaulting hog installed into the White House by the party of putin and by his puppet-master putin.

You do realize an opinion is neither a change in policy or in procedure, yes?

That her stating as such is not, as you so creatively alleged, "making rules...", it's merely (and pay close attention here, 'cause this seems a hard concept for you follow) an opinion.
