Buttigieg has already won more Primaries/Cacuses than Biden in their Presidential Bids.

In his THREE Presidential bids, Joe Biden has not won a single primary or caucus.

38 year old Pete Buttigieg has already won more by winning in Iowa.

Score: Buttigieg 1, Biden 0

Does that count as "Washington Experience"?

Her attack on the debate stage was necessary to save her life. Bloomberg actually threw here a life line so you should just stop.
