If these numbers hold, with 24% for Sanders and 16% for Warren and less than 15% for everyone else, then Sanders would get 2/3 of CA's 400+ delegates, Warren would get 1/3.

Yes, but the state DOES matter in the Primaries. A lot. We will see how Nevada and South Carolina go, and then Super Tuesday. This is still a wide open race, I think.
