Here's a Bernie story Trump will be talking about in October ...

while a real Democrat- Jimmy Carter - was dealing with the Iran Hostage Crisis, Bernie was an elector for a party that praised the taking of the hostages:

he was an elector for a party that praised the taking of the hostages. What is incorrect in that statement?

6. Excuse me, the link you provided has this headline, which is false

"When Iran Took Americans Hostage, Bernie Backed Iran’s Defenders"

You are conveniently taking things out of context, and parsing your words very carefully to make it appear that your words are equivalent to the headline in the link, which they are not

On what planet is serving as an ELECTOR for a party that praised the taking of the hostages not "backing Iran's defenders"? The Socialist Workers Party (the most radical of the socialist parties at the time) defended the taking of the hostages. During that same time, Bernie said "THAT's the party I want to serve as an elector for." Therefore, Bernie did, in fact, back Iran's defenders.

I'm not going to go into this any more with you- if you can't understand what I wrote above then anything else I write won't convince you.

rated it as FALSE

One thing I won't argue with you on, if Sanders is the nominee, this and other issues where there is no ambiguity will definitely be used against him

There won't be a question of what is fair or not fair, and it won't matter whether you or I agree on its interpretation, it will be a disaster for Sanders if he is the nominee, and the Democratic party
