I agree. I get called at least 3 or 4 times a day for jury duty and every single case involves Sanders. This is DU. BS isn’t a Democrat. This whole thing is a fucking fiasco and beyond my wildest nightmares. Losing isn’t an option.

3. I understand.

I never refuse jury duty. I always vote on whether someone followed the rules or not, but I always give the benefit of the doubt to the poster. I also believe in freedom of speech, unless someone has posted something illegal, immoral, unethical, disgusting, or insulting.

7. I don't refuse, but I get it... I make sure I pedantically apply the TEXT of the rule, not the TITLE

With Sanders posts it is often a "Don't bash Dems" rule complaint. The text of that rule is much more nuanced than the name of the rule (even after fully granting that Sanders is a Dem for purposes of fulfilling the jury duty).

*I'm troubled that Bernie is not a Democrat
*I WANT to hear/read/see different inputs, reactions, responses to issues
*I do NOT want our site to be driven by bots or outside influences
*I do not turn down jury duty, but I do tend to lean towards freedom of thought and input.

Under the rules, he is to be treated like a Democrat. But as with everyone I don’t vote to remove unless it is egregious.
