(45,380 posts)Actual caucusing starts at 12 noon PST. Since caucus is different from a primary. Lowest vote count candidates are eliminated and those voters can switch to one of the remaining candidates. Then rinse and repeat until a candidate wins that precinct.
Early voters had a ranked choice ballot. Pretty sweet way to do it.
