When are the Nevada Results expected?

I can't understand from the CNN pundits when the real results are expected in. Is it really midnight Pacific? 3AM Eastern?

If we are seeing delays because the "Phone lines are busy" I immediately suspect 2 things:

1. Trump bots (probably human well sub-human but they have the appearance of humans jamming the phones
2. Russian bots

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

but I’m very curious about margins and how the rest of the field shakes out. My patience isn’t what it once was in this instant gratification world.
