We have great candidates already. I see Adam Schiff as Speaker of the House or if Kamala Harris gets picked as VP or AG, he could run for her senate seat. Of course, I'd have no problem voting for Schiff for president one day. But no write in votes!
I probably would have supported him this time, if he had entered the race. He is a remarkable man.
