9. The one good thing that could come from this debacle: RCV for all Dem primaries.

Obviously it depends on states and technology, but wouldn't it be GREAT if the DNC announced an objective to achieve RCV primaries in as many states as possible by 2024? And to use national funds to support state parties achieving that? And possibly push to re-jigger the schedule so that non-RCV states would go last?
