behind John Kerry and 14 points behind John Edwards and he was dead after he lost NH by 12 points to Kerry. After that he got slaughtered in every primary/caucus that followed until he withdrew immediately after the Wisconsin primary - the best he did in this entire period were 18 point losses to Kerry in the Washington and Maine caucuses. I'd say Warren probably comes closest to how Dean did in 2004.
