Which states on Super Tuesday do you think will Bernie win?

Here are the states:

Alabama -Open
Arkansas -Open
California -Open- independent must ask for party ballot to vote.
Colorado - Open
Democrats Abroad - don’t know
Maine- Closed
Massachusetts - Open for unenrolled voters
Minnesota - Open
North Carolina - Open for unaffiliated voters
Oklahoma - Open to independent voters
Tennessee - Open
Texas - Open
Utah- Open for Democratic Primaries, not open for republican primary
Vermont - Open
Virginia - Open

He may carry Oklahoma since the Democrats down here, few that there are, tend to be more progressive.

but, I would not be surprised if he prevailed again. Not winner take all, so I still think others will pick up delegates as well.

You can change your registration on election day, but it's still not "wide open".

And "enough of them to have a delegate lead that'll be hard for other candidates to surmount, going forward", is my answer (possibly just from Texas and California, which between them account for 643 pledged delegates).

I'm not sure how you could even think that, really. "one ballot for all candidates" makes zero sense in a party-specific primary election. It's like every other state with closed or semi-closed primaries; if you're a registered Democrat, you get a Democratic ballot for the primary.
