SC Poll: Biden and Sanders may be the only candidates to get any delegates from SC

At least based on this poll, everyone else is coming in under 15%. Steyer will have spent an awful lot to come out with nothing, if it goes that way.

This is from this morning's CNN Inside Politics. Poll is UMass Lowell.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

are likely to get some CD delegates. SC has a voting rights district which the GOP made very AA. That makes the remaining districts much less AA. Steyer would be virtually certain to be above 15 in at least one district and both Buttigieg and Warren would be somewhat likely (Buttigieg more than Warren since he is polling so poorly among AA voters).
