If I had any doubts about Bernie, Chris Matthews destroyed them.

The full Alternet article "MSNBC slammed for ‘full-blown freakout’ after Bernie Sanders cements status as Democratic frontrunner" is here, but the relevant excerpt follows:

"The most unhinged lines of Saturday night came from “Hardball” host Chris Matthews, who compared Sanders’ Nevada win to the Nazi invasion of France.

“I was reading last night about the fall of France in the summer of 1940,” said Matthews. “And the general, Reynaud, calls up Churchill and says, ‘It’s over.’ And Churchill says, ‘How can that be? You’ve got the greatest army in Europe. How can it be over?’ He said, ‘It’s over.'”

“So I had that suppressed feeling,” Matthews continued. “I can’t be as wild as Carville but he is damn smart, and I think he’s damn right on this one.”

Earlier Saturday, as Common Dreams reported, Matthews suggested that four more years of President Donald Trump might be better for the Democratic Party than a Sanders presidency."

Another four years of Trump would be better than Sanders?! If this is the best mainstream news media has to offer, Bernie's got my vote for sure! And I understand that early primary voting in Texas is underway right now. I'm off to vote tomorrow!
If I were to vote in a presidential

If he wasn't, he would have been suspended. He wasn't. This next election is about America's future to exist as AMERICA, not about any specific policy.

What he said has little or no influence on the election for the vast majority. He's just another talking head.

The overreaction and grandiose proclamations made after every minor or insignificant development in this campaign is getting rather tiresome. Not everything that happens is a world-changing event.

...while I COMPLETELY disagree with him, I can understand someone thinking that way if they believe that Sanders would be a total disaster for the party, something that could destroy the party. You know, the way people thought Trump was going to do that to the Republican party. And yes, there were people in 2016 saying that, long term, it might be better for the Republican party if Trump lost the election. Turns out they were wrong, too.

carville was wrong- it's not the economy, or money in politics, or voter suppression, or fox - it's the fucking radio, you stupid fucking dumbshit

they are city dwellers and have no fucking clue it dominates 40 states with 80 senators

carville may have an accent but he wouldn't waste time listening to the problem, he would react to 1500 coordinated think tank and russian-scripted radio stations as if limbaugh's ignorant bullshit was "popular sentiment"

the pollsters never poll for it and dumbshits like mathews and carville analyze fish without water

We had Air America and it helped Obama tremendously. The billionaires had to get rid of it and fund right wing hate radio to the tune of millions.

Hate Radio spews constant lies, and propaganda to the fossilized lemmings who are afraid as hell of Soshillizum. It is sick if you ever listen to one of them for a minute or two.

We need radio fairness.

I don't agree with certainot that I'm a "stupid fucking dipshit" if that is what he/she meant to say. He/she may disagree with what I have to say, but there is no reason to be rude and crude. Unfortunately, that seems to be the way of the establishment. Whenever they hear anything they don't like, they immediately get ugly. Maybe that's why so many people like Bernie as opposed to the establishment. Your thoughts?
