So Chris Matthews just issued an apology.

It was brief and to the point, and, I think sincere. I'm not a huge fan of his, but he did the right thing.

If I were to vote in a presidential

I'm sure he didn't mean for it to come out the way it did, but he really has a problem with speaking without thinking.

I'm glad he apologized though.

He could have apologized earlier, I guess, but way more people saw it this way.

He called a Jew whose family died in the Holocaust comparable to Nazi Germany taking over France because he won Nevada. He said 4 more years of Trump would be better than Bernie, and he said he expects Bernie to murder him in Central Park if he wins.

Chris Matthews is absolute trash and needs to be fired.

However, it was a fulsome apology that covered the bases of his inexcusable defaming of Senator Sanders.
