At one of the interviews for the movie, he was asked to comment about the politics of what is happening in and to Tibet. He responded "I am an actor. I wear make-up and costumes for a living. I'm in no position to comment about politics."

Brilliant. I only wish more of his peers would take the same path. Especially the older ones. Many of those are so out of touch with the common American and have been for so long they couldn't explain "culture shift" with the Encyclopedia Britannica.
