A leads to B leads to C... Like I said, we could take Sanders word for it. He hired

Briahna Gray, she claims to have voted for Stein in 2016.
Stein was pictured sitting at a table with Putin.
Flynn was there too. A few more steps and we get to Sanders!!!! Ah well probably not. It's not like the Intelligence Community has stated Russia is backing Sanders.

Or the Muller Report stated Russia was backing Sanders in 2016... Oops, https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2018/02/17/indictment-russians-also-tried-help-bernie-sanders-jill-stein-presidential-campaigns/348051002/

A 37-page indictment resulting from special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation shows that Russian nationals and businesses also worked to boost the campaigns of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and Green party nominee Jill Stein in an effort to damage Democrat Hillary Clinton.

I don't know if Sanders is in Putin's pocket, just like you don't... We only know what the CIA, FBI, DOJ, and Congress want us to know.

Sanders could have voted for Russian Sanctions... oops, he didn't vote for sanctions. Oh, I got it he could vote for the Magnitsky Act!! Doh, another let down, well I guess there could be another way for Senator Sanders to show his dislike for Russia... Maybe... Possibly...

Bernie Sanders is divisive -- there are lots of discussions illustrating that. This makes it logical for Putin to boost him in various ways. His hiring of a Stein supporter is likewise divisive. While that suits Putin's inferred goals, it is not evidence that BS is allied with Putin or "in Putin's pocket".

If I have something in my pocket, I have control of it; it's mine.

Nothing in any public report that I've seen indicates that BS has actively sought Russian assistance or is controlled by Putin. His ego may prevent him from acknowledging or disavowing Putin's interference on his behalf, but that's completely different from being owned by Putin.

No such insinuation should be made of any candidate without clear and convincing evidence.
