Cardiology director says there's one heart measure Sanders could disclose but hasn't

Exclusive: By releasing one simple indicator of his heart health, Sanders could address lingering questions, the president of the American College of Cardiology says.

WASHINGTON — Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders has resisted calls to release additional medical information in the wake of a heart attack he suffered in October.

"We have released as much" medical information "as any other candidate," the independent senator from Vermont said on NBC News' "Meet the Press" this month.

When pressed on whether he would release more, Sanders responded that "you can start releasing medical records and it never ends."

But by releasing one simple indicator of his heart health, Sanders could address some lingering questions, Richard Kovacs, president of the American College of Cardiology, or ACC, told NBC News.

MUCH more at the link...definitely a "good read"!

But unless his EF is less than 20%, then it’s honestly a big whoop ti do. People can live long effective lives for many year above 20% EF. Very doubtful he is below that.

But the fact he has “kept up” hopscotching around the country puts him at low probability for a very low EF.

are 1) that the choice of VP is so critical now (and it better not be Tulsi)
and 2) that if he doesn't release the rest during the campaign, it takes away any pressure on Trump to do so. And we know he's hiding a LOT, including probably some drug use, in my opinion.

He can be napping most of the time. We do not know. Throw on some make up and do a speech then back to bed. We need the records he promised.

There’s a world of difference between being able to play pickle ball and running the most powerful nation in the world and all that comes with it. So yeah, it’s relevant. I don’t think Bernie can handle it physically, tbh.

If he is hopscotching around the country during primary season than the probability it’s at or below 20% is low. He could be at 50% and still be good with meds and exercise.
