Nations can survive evil leaders, but can they survive a dysfunctional citizenry? I don't know.

For each impoverished mom forced to flee her home and her country to let her baby to safety, only to have that child “legally” snatched from her arms when she thinks she’s finally reached what she believed was a safe haven.

What’s the penalty for every tear shed by every terrified and agonized mother at the end of one long and harsh ordeal, only to be forced to suffer through the beginning of ANOTHER long and harsh ordeal?

How many eternities in Hell is each minute of those enforced abominations worth? What’s the sentence when the offense is deliberately about cruelty to those the poor, the homeless, and the incarcerated? You know, the ones Scripture quotes Jesus as identifying as “the least of these?”

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
