For all other positions you must sign a party loyalty affidavit to qualify. But for President, you must be on a list submitted to the Florida Secretary of State by the Florida Democratic Party.

Reeks of desperation. If you don’t like Sen. Sanders then don’t vote for him. Trying to strip him from the primary ballot will just nurture bad blood and drastically diminish voter turn out in the general if successful.

Their suit will fail, and they should be ignored. That "debate" was settled the minute that Sanders was entered into contention as a Democrat. Their objections are duly noted, now they can go away.

MINORITY in Florida. The Cuban American voting population is NOT monolithic, many are very liberal and not fanatical anti-Castro cold warriors. Anytime you deal with the Castro/Cuba issue - which is not even relevant now - you are dealing with some of the most heinous abusers out there. The oligarchy that left Cuba essentially and reigned ill fortune upon us over the years - including stolen elections. They ALWAYS get the ear of Dems because they give them their dirty sugar money etc - by the way the sugar industry is destroying the environment in Florida.
