Well, I finally made my first preference this week and as you know I have chosen
Elizabeth Warren. There is no one who has laid out a broader policy and plan for the American people that could actually get passed in Congress. I could go on and on about the reasons I have chosen her but I will let you people read and listen to what she's saying. Mark my words, if she starting climbing up the poles after a few of the early debates, watch the full court press of negative ads from Republicans, Wall Street and the Elites of this country. They hate and fear her because they believe if she wins she has a good chance with her policies to level the playing field for the middle-class and poor which would piss off the ultra-rich (top 1%). Republicans went crazy when she was recruited by Obama to establish the Consumer Protection Agency and she did such a great job that Republicans blocked her from running it. ps. made my first donation($50) to her campaign last week.

2. Very Good
I do like Warren and would be happy with her as a choice. At this point I will stick with my preference of Andrew Yang who I believe has a solid set of ideas and policies. In any event the nominee gets my vote without question.

4. Warren is the reason I signed up to DU
back in 2014 after lurking around for a couple of years. I don't normally engage in this kind of media, but she fired me up! Love her still!!!

18. He could win Ohio and send Trump packing.
Do any of you here believe Elizabeth Warren can beat Trump? I love her but I don't think so. Consider electability or be prepared for four more years of Trump.

13. I had my doubts a month ago if she could but as someone said in the media this past week
" People in this country would vote for a potted plant before they vote for Trump" at this stage I believe the Democratic Nominee is the next President.

doubts start creeping in. I just don't trust the American people right now!!

26. I love your choice. However, I disagree with the statement
That we will win because people won’t vote for Trump. He will wage the sleaziest nastiest campaign in modern history surpassing 2016 (the gop intends to sow chaos).
After 2016, you can never underestimate Cheetos dark charisma. I don’t mean a charisma based on looks, intelligence or anything normally attractive. He is a black hole for hate and ignorance for a sizable group of citizens. His speeches are fascinating in that he has the dictator thing down. The ability to disparage and mock is second nature, like breathing. He talks endlessly about himself. We will have to fight, canvass and donate our rear ends off to make sure he is defeated. We will have to unite as a party because they will certainly be united come 2020. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

She is not my first choice but I would feel completely safe with her at the helm. I have watched and listened to her long enough to know that she won't try to fool us. She means what she says. Her word is gold.

28. The cultural appropriation thing doesn't bother you?
For me, that's a dealbreaker, unless she gets the nomination. But if that happens, Trump has shown that he knows how to get under her skin, and it will be a harrowing path from the convention to the general election for Sen. Warren.

I've been a supporter since before she entered politics. I only hope she's still around when the NY primaries are held. (We usually only have a choice of two or three candidates by that time.)
