Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumFor the second time in my life I will be voting for Bernie Sanders in a presidential primary
He is my choice to run for president of the United States. I have followed Senator Sanders for over a decade, had brunch with Bernie every Friday for almost 10 years via the TH show. Everything he is passionate about I am also. I was going to hold out a little longer, Warren was my very close second choice, but I will be voting soon & have made my choice, I believe Bernie is the force we need, not only to beat the fascists but to begin to undue the damage fascism has done to this country.

(45 posts)I'm so sorry to say I voted for Trump last time. I was very angry over Bernie Sanders, and we convinced other people to do the same. So sorry.
The Cuba story is a bogus issue. When there are no real issues or scandals about the person you are running against you make one up. In the Nixon years they called this rat fucking.
I wish someone would tell them that these are remarks Bernie made years ago not recently. Bernie Sanders wasnt commenting on Cuba until what he said years ago was rehashed on 60 minutes.
Why not bring up the 60 minutes whistle-blower scandal as seen in the movie. The Insider its about as relevant.
The whole thing is disgusting to watch. The debates, and all the rest of it. Corporate America owns the media and all the wonks. A hand full of people own the media and they will tell us how to vote.

(45 posts)We thought Bernie was cheated. That's why we were angry. I think we will vote for him and work to get him elected.
We have moved since then from Texas to a very right wing state in the North. I still think we will campaign for Sanders.
