After tonight, I think we're headed to a brokered convention

I think it's possible Bernie could have a slight lead of delegates. I think Biden will try to make a splash with Warren or someone else as VP, like Oprah or something, that will give the convention delegates reason to vote for his ticket over a Bernie/Tulsi/Nina Turner ticket. What say you?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

She never won a state wide office and being a state legislator just isn't enough to be considered for the VP spot much less the top spot.

No one would actually pick her as a VP running mate due to her inexperience, particularly with the Senate and Washington. She’ll wind up giving GA Governor a run again in 2022 though.

the Governor's race in Georgia, republicons stole it. I also don't think republicons legitimately won the Florida Gov or Senate races.

another state-level run for office, at the very least--and then BEING in that office for a term or two. Very risky to pick someone whose life and political skills haven't been examined and tested in a big way, because then it may be a Palin-level disaster. Not saying Abrams is Palin in any way, just that we can't blow this with something less than a known quantity.

Coming into this election we had a lot of things going for us. That advantage has almost completely been reversed, and with Bloomberg and Steyer in the race it makes it even worse

Unfortunately, I don’t think any candidate will drop out until after Super Tuesday, and after that it may be too late to stop Sanders if that occurs

to ask Warren to join his ticket NOW before Super Tuesday and try to consolidate some of her voters over to his side. If the current trend continues, he may not be able to catch up to Sanders and if it gets to the point of the convention and Sanders is too far ahead in delegates, taking it away from him will rip the party in two. Biden's best move is to make a move now, both help with the crowded field and potentially gain supporters.

No way is Sanders going to choose Tulsi or Nina Turner. He wants to win. Sanders is smart. He's going to choose someone like Warren, or Julian Castro, or maybe Mayor Pete or Klobuchar if he wants a moderate for a compromise ticket.

I don't get where the Oprah talk keeps coming in, or frankly the Michelle Obama talk. And I say this as someone who respects the hell out of Oprah and Michelle Obama, thinks they are both brilliant, compassionate and generous. But we are talking about the vice presidency for an 80-year-old president. It would be inappropriate for them to be VP in any case with no experience (I don't want to see our highest offices of government filled by one celebrity after the next--let's do Brad Pitt next, then JLo, then Shakira!) and especially this time when Biden, Bernie and Bloomberg are all nearly 80. We need someone experienced who's ready to be president today.
