The "kill it" remark isn't going to go way away Mike,

and would play great in the GE.

Bloomberg has denied, under oath, that he said to "kill it" to Sekiko Sakai Garrison when he learned she was pregnant.

There are witnesses to that conversation.

The most high-profile case was from a former saleswoman (Garrison). She sued Bloomberg personally as well as his company, alleging workplace discrimination. She alleged Bloomberg told her to “kill it” when he learned she was pregnant. Bloomberg has denied her allegation under oath, and he reached a confidential settlement with the saleswoman.

The Washington Post interviewed a former Bloomberg employee, David Zielenziger, who said he witnessed the conversation with the saleswoman. Zielenziger, who said he had not previously spoken publicly about the matter, said Bloomberg’s behavior toward the woman was “outrageous. I understood why she took offense.”

Garrision is one of the women Bloomberg has said he will release from his NDAs.

Bloomberg campaign spokesman Tim O’Brien said the three NDAs were the only ones that “involved Mike Bloomberg directly” and that other NDAs would not be lifted because “other people were involved” in those cases.

One of the NDAs concerns a woman named Sekiko Sekai Garrison, who filed a complaint in 1995 alleging that Bloomberg told her to “kill it” when she told him she was pregnant, the Associated Press reported and a senior campaign aide confirmed.

You can read Garrison's complain in full here. It's straight out of the Wolf of Wall Street.

The allegations are credible. The GOP would have a field day with this in the GE, whether Garrison chooses to step forward, or not.

I still don't believe it. I've worked in some of the thickest good old boy clubs there are and heard things I wouldn't even repeat and I have never, ever heard anyone say anything remotely like this. The Mayor has denied it from the start and I believe him.

One of them David Zielenziger, has gone on the record, for the first time, with WaPo.

That's more than enough for the GOP.

What I DID see is there was another witness who said he could not hear it and that Garrison came to him after and said she THOUGHT MB had said that. Thought?? How odd. Regardless when it got back to MB he immediately called her and straightened it out.

There's a legal complaint, there are witnesses, one of whom, David Zielenziger, has gone on the record. If that's not enough for you, it's more than enough for the GOP.

except ... oh yeah ... this time there is corroboration

Great Neck resident speaks on Bloomberg’s alleged sexist comments

In this instance, the complaint states, Garrison informed Bloomberg her married life was “great” and that she was pregnant. In response to this, Bloomberg said, “Kill it!” according to the complaint.

When asked to repeat himself, Bloomberg said, “Kill it!” and then muttered “Great! Number 16!” suggesting his unhappiness that 16 women in the company had a maternity-related status, according to the complaint.

Zielenziger, who was working as a journalist for the company at the time, said the interaction left him stunned.

“Normal people don’t say stuff like that,” Zielenziger said. “He had a good relationship with the women in his life even after a divorce. I just don’t know why he would even say that.”
