Is if black voters under 50 turn out in much higher numbers than expected.

Very skeptical of the theory in the OP.

Depending on what level of endorsement (eg Activist leader? US Rep? Union? Newspaper? Random twitter-famous person?) I imagine that's hard to get scientific about....

I'd love to see Sanders win SC but I highly doubt it will happen.
