The VP candidate will have to represent the other wing of the democratic party

Two moderates or two liberals on the same ticket alienates a big part of the voter base. It will have to be a balanced ticket. And the VP nominee will have to be significantly younger than the Presidential nominee (unless the nominee is Pete). Even with Orange Menace his VP is 13 years younger. I just don't think you can run a ticket with both being 70+

1. Harris ranks more progressive than Sanders so Biden/Harris works well. I like Biden/Warren also.

I like Warren/Harris, too. Sanders, it does not matter what VP he gets, he won't listen, they will not be a part of influence in anyway. He also does not like or get along with Democrat which has me pondering who he would get as VP.

That is why he is shouting about a plurality candidate being the nominee, because he knows that if he does not have a majority he will need to make serious compromises to get the nomination. And to Bernie compromise is a bad word

Apparently only a segment of moderate Dems believe this nonsense.

The GOP has literally zero qualms about putting hard-core fascists on the same ticket. That doesn’t present a problem to moderate conservatives.

We can put two progressives on the same ticket without fear too. Clinton/Kaine - 2 moderates who lost.

Gore (moderate)/Lieberman (conservative). Failed.

Kerry (moderate)/Edwards (slightly progressive). Failed.

So much for moderate left winning the day.

7. That is not what a VP does or should do. The other wing seeks representation by winning

house and senate. In a representational democracy, the people are voting for the president’s policies and vision.

Let progressives earn their power. By the same token, if Americans elect a progressive president,
then they have spoken for substantial change. Bernie or Liz should have a VP on the same page with them.
