Democratic Primaries

Congratulations to our presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden!
Since Warren decided to use PAC, why does not Biden?
And in hindsight - always 20/20 - Biden should have skipped Iowa and spent all his time and money in California.
OK, most time and money, after SC.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

He might have gotten accused of arrogance. Of course, Bloomberg did it, but unlike Joe, arrogant fits his persona!

Maybe he could have focused less on Iowa, but I think skipping it entirely would have generated a pretty negative reaction.
Bloomberg also did it, in part, because he entered the race so late. Biden wouldn't have been able to make a similar argument.
