As an aside I read the article and it is long. New York magazine is pretty liberal. Bloomberg comes off as a decent enough guy if not sufficiently woke.

As long as the GOP is only concerned about the demographic, (and ideological) obsolescence of their party and put it before the country in order to preserve it, how would baby seals, puppies and babies matter?
