I hate when people try to argue that some specific state represents the “true” base. It’s insulting to everyone else. Each state represents a portion of the base (and that is important). But none of them are THE base.

rather than a state. The most reliable and dedicated Democratic voters are African American women, and I consider them the true base. YMMV, and that’s entirely reasonable.

I'm rather inclined to guess that you are making fun of BS' followers and their questionable rhetoric instead of believing that you'd dismiss an entire state with a demographic closer to the democratic base.

If you are serious, it's amazing how divisive and hateful that is. And it doesn't even make sense. It's like using words without knowing their meaning.
