That has been my main concern with Bernie. I read Bernie's book "Our Revolution". I have looked into his platform and agree with most of it. I just do not like his unwillingness to adapt his stance. He hasn't ever done this. Great advocate for change, but does not have the adaptability to bring others on board.

but he's been in political life long enough that he should realize that politics IS the art of compromise.

Sanders is far too much "My way or the highway". That isn't the means of getting anything done. All it does is put people off, those people being the ones that he would need desperately, to fulfill at least one or two of his promises.

... but he truthfully had almost zero chance this year. I'm glad that he threw his hat in when he did, and he bowed out at the right time too. He'll be taken much more seriously in the future because of his fine campaigning this time out.

Hopefully in the next couple of days Pete will throw his support to Biden while it can still help.

Thank you Pete! It was one hell of a campaign and many, many people are impressed with you.
We'll see you in about 4 years, or maybe sooner.
