2. A desire to help Trump by bolstering Bernie (also doubtful, but less so).

and he fucking hates Trump. I totally get why somebody would back him; the dude will go HAM on Trump all day long. Bloomberg isn’t my cup of tea, but his appeal is not hard to understand.

That said, I think the curtain is soon to draw on his campaign.

Joe has seen one of the most amazing political resurrections in my lifetime. I simply cannot think of anything like it. Even Bill Clinton's "Comeback Kid" was more gradual than this.
