This woman on Chris Hayes' show is insufferable

She is lying about Biden's "US Senator" comment in SC.

Biden was recalling an old senate race and quoting himself from BACK THEN.

This is an outright lie, being pushed by right-wing ... and she is parroting it.
If I were to vote in a presidential

re: "Biden was recalling an old senate race and quoting himself from BACK THEN."

Nope. Listen to the full clip. Biden messed up. Really, it's not a big deal at all, though. This fake excuse that someone made up and pushed on twitter (and that people repeat it without checking for themselves, because it's what they want to believe) is the bigger concern. IMO, people believing fake stuff is the biggest fundamental obstacle to unity.

I watched the video and and he was talking about the presidency and Obama and where people come from.

"Where I come from you don't get far unless you ask. My name's Joe Biden and I'm a Democratic candidate for(from?) the United States Senate."

I take this to mean that much of his career - at least what defined him - was spent in the Senate.

for US President, but caught himself and said Senate.

It really is no big deal, a zero. I have listened to Biden for dozens (probably over 100 now) of hours, and he just mispeaks a lot but his mental acuity is still razor sharp in reality. I am 1000000000000000% sure he can handle POTUS for a full 8 years if need be (and I am one hyper-demanding girl, lolol.)

The only issue I have is the people who are so invested that they push a bullshit story as they are absolutely unwilling to give ANY quarter and just say, oh well, and move on. I dealt with this type of shit about Pete, and it was far from just Berners. It really irritates the shit out of me, sorry. I just do not like having bollocks rammed down my throat and then dogpiled (NOT saying you are doing that AT ALL btw) if I have the utter audacity to take a contrarian view that actually espouses the truth, but happens to conflict with someone's agenda.
