poll:Sanders up big among Califormia hispanics

https://thehill.com/latino/485456-poll-sanders-up-among-california-hispanics?fbclid=IwAR2oRbR1Q0euFR-5yhK3xXmqrSzZ6eagJ60FFt2TfEEOuYCixulw9Tsoi2E

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is poised to win big among California Hispanics in the Democratic presidential primary, according to a new poll released Monday by Univision.

The poll, conducted by Latino Decisions, shows 42 percent of Hispanic voters in the state intend to vote for Sanders, while 15 percent favor former Vice President Joe Biden and 14 percent favor former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg.

No other candidate breaks double-digit support from Hispanics in the primary.

Finally some good news for the Bernie Brigade!

But what Biden needed to do was to clear the 15% threshold.

That he is doing so just among hispanics is a good sign for Biden that he'll be well north of 20% overall in CA.

But Biden is still in danger of being unviable in california, and with the others dropped out, that gives bernie the potential of far more delegates than biden could afford to lose.

10. you have it backwards, in CA's case the dropped candidates actually will likely push more over 15%

Bloomberg and Warren may break 15% as well as Biden, making it a 4 way split where before it would have been 2 or 3.

Hispanics especially given his voting record. His campaign has been on the ground trying for this group for several years now. Good for him.

3. Here's more on your poll

"The poll was conducted from February 21–28, starting one day before the February 22 Nevada Caucus (which Sanders won with strong Latino support) and ending one day before the February 29 South Carolina Primary (which Biden easily won with strong African-American support). In addition, Pete Buttigieg, Tom Steyer, and Amy Klobuchar were part of this poll, but are no longer part of the race."

Old poll, taken before South Carolina. There has been a huge surge in support among all demographics for Joe since the poll was conducted. Didn't think anyone would notice, huh?

The hill article did not specify the date, as you clearly seem to know. Your accusation is petty and intellectually dishonest.
