Much of the early returns were early voting skewed towards Bernie.
I think its too early to call, he's just trying to get ahead of the game and say he was the first to call it, but the numbers are pointing in that direction

so could go either way. TSU should go Biden as it is a HBCU where he his event yesterday.
Shouldn't change the projection in any case.

Just said Biden was getting in the high forties in the same day vote from a Houston. If that holds in Dallas, Joe probably wins TX.
