Holy mackerel ! Even if Bernie wins California by a landslide

Biden still come out with more delegates after tonight. Kornacki just did the math for the worst case scenario for Biden where only Sanders is viable in California. Biden ran the tables in so many other places that he comes out ahead.

If all the people who voted early for Pete and Amy knew they were going to drop out, I think most would have voted for Joe.

7. yes, & in Texas, as Biden will win TX, but it would have been a crushing victory if no early voting

Even if Biden slips under 15% statewide, he's going to be viable in, and even win, some congressional districts. He'll be awarded delegates from those CD races.

The early vote comes in first and Biden is doing much better in the later vote.

11. I don't see Biden being under 15% statewide. In fact, he

is most likely to be a few percentage points behind Sanders, if that.

A lot of Bernie voters were talking about the Hispanic vote in California, but in Texas that same day vote appears to have gone to Biden. My guess in the end in California? Bernie or Biden 27%, Bernie or Biden 25%, Bloomberg 10%, the rest of the field the rest to get to 100%.

early results in CA had Biden hovering between 17% and 18%. He just jumped to 19.6% according to CNN website.

I think Bernie wins CA, maybe by as much as 7 or 8%, but in real delegate numbers it won't be enough given Biden's big wins tonight, and the primaries that favour him in one and two weeks.

Would not be surprised to see Biden reach Bernie's total. May be too heavy a lift for Biden to win, but I don't rule that out.
