my mentor about this sort of candidate. She, being from a soviet bloc country, is thrilled to see what these women coming into Congress are doing and who they are. I'm impressed. I was a trailblazer in a male dominated field for a long time and now I'm glad to see that it's not so male dominated, just as the military i changing although too slowly. I have a niece who just left the military last year, mostly because of sexual harassment, she says it's still a boys club mentality in too many areas.

It's good to see women who aren't sitting down to shut up anymore.
