Just search for that tag on twitter and see who is pushing it. If it's a bunch of Bernie lovers, then you will know. if it is a bunch of Trump lovers, then you will know. Here is the first five that I found:

You write as if you never heard of Russian bots or Russian agents or right wing agents provocateurs. These are real forces, and they are active. It's not "either/or."
