As has been pointed out before, it's a more complicated matter than saying "tax the rich more".

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

None of it will happen overnight or even during the next presidency.

I don't think she has stated that it is that simplistic. Dismissing it on such grounds is what is simplistic.

Donald Trump gave up simplistic solutions to problems. Anyone who advocates for MFA should be prepared to explain their concept of the program and its implementation.

Not even close. It is how every single grassroots issue has won the day. There is nothing simplistic about understanding the long game and the importance of continuously beating the message.

Not sure why Trump has anything to do with anything in this conversation.

I don't support Medicare 4 All. I do support it's overall message as I understand we need to continue to build momentum in order to break-thru to universal coverage under a single payer system.
