in politics until age 89. Rep. John Dingell, age 88. Warren Buffett still going Stong at 88, Rupert Murdoch 88.

Does every person's mind suddenly turn to mush when they reach 80?

When Biden becomes president, he will be surrounded by countless advisors and assistants. They will keep track of his monthly, weekly and daily schedule. Biden has a long history in congress and the Executive Branch on which to draw. That is a giant plus. Don't look now, but one only reaches such a level of experience by growing into it. By wisdom and age. Biden has both.

There's been concerns about her health for the last couple of years and not just among asshole right-wingers who want her to die so that they can get another scumbag on the Court.

Secondly, a world of difference between being a SC justice and running an entire country. And it's not without precedent to have justices in their 80s. In many cases, they're actually on the bench until they die rather than retire.

We've NEVER had an 80 year old president before and for good reason. And I find the idea of him serving only one term to be completely unappealing. I want to vote for somebody who can conceivably serve eight years, not just some lame duck seat-warmer.

Biden's generation is being treated so unfairly! They've only been controlling Washington for like 30 goddamn years and have had almost consistent control of the White House since 1993. Isn't the current Congress like the oldest in history?

Yeah, they've really had it rough. Poor them.

And, geez, my candidate is 68 himself and would be the third oldest president ever if he won.
