I think he learned that sentence specifically so that he could make the response video.

According to Google, the languages he knows are Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, Maltese, Arabic, Farsi and French.

I took an ASL course after learning some signs when I worked in a classroom with preschool disabled children. I felt like it was an important language to have, but you do tend to lose it without the chance to practice.
