Pete's only started making a name for himself as a candidate over the past several weeks. To be at this stage so soon is astonishing. Give him several more months and LOOK OUT!

As Mobeau points out below, the debates is where an eloquent Mayor Pete could really knock 'em dead.

Also from the article:

By comparison, in previous White House Watch surveys, only five percent (5%) had no opinion of former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, 2020 presidential hopefuls who have been on the national political scene for years. Biden edges Trump in this early matchup. Sanders loses to the incumbent.

On second thought could Rasmussen be planting a false flag? It's something to consider.

the rest do 4 - 8% worse.

Rasmussen polls I take with a bucket of sand. They are corrupt.

... the latest reputable poll shows Biden beating Trump by 10 points if the election were held today. Lots can change, of course, but I am inclined to dismiss any Rasmussen poll.

They're not RW enough to be faking polls IMO. Plus, actually reporting facts most of the time isnt a usual RW tactic!
