I can understand why some individuals in South Bend say that it was not enough - because the needs are so great and so urgent.
People in the left wing of the party who are criticizing Pete based on videos of individual residents who have complaints are doing us all a great disservice.
A nearly 70% reduction in unemployment in 8 years among Blacks - that is transformational.
