Senator Harris IS a top tier candidate
Despite what an article that's posted in Democratic Primaries says. If one looks at the graph over at the RCP site Harris's poll numbers have been relatively stable over the past several months. The upcoming debates are where Kamala will really shine IMO and we'll see her campaign take off.
