Sanders 2020
Related: About this forumBernie's 2019 40 events attendance total as of May 18 - 101,381
Augusta Number came: It was 1576. So 101,381 is the exact count.
The numbers were 99,805 before today's Augusta, Georgia rally. The event was originally scheduled to be a town hall style meeting at the 400-seat Kroc Center theatre but was relocated to the Jessye Norman Amphitheater with a capacity for 1,800 spectators. And as you can see from the pic, it was full house, which makes Its 101K+ total attendance.
40 events in 40 cities/towns.
25 rallies, 13 Town Halls, 1 Policy Address, 1 Union Meeting.
15 states.
26 days.

101,381 ÷ 40 ≠ waning momentum
On a related subject, I am fervent in my conviction of a Sanders victory in the primary and general. While only mentioning Sanders tangentially, this opinion piece by Jill Filipovic lays out good reasons for us NOT to panic about the initial Biden surge.
Does Anyone Actually Want Joe Biden to Be President?

Many thanks, Donkees, for the statistics!
