1. Prosperous economy pays.

A prosperous economy would pay all the bills with spending money left over. Poverty is a choice made by the 1% for the lower 50%. Sad thing is in a prosperous economy everybody does better. A high marginal tax rate coupled with laws that reward jobs producing ventures and penalizes venture money used to secure futures type trading would produce a thriving economy. Overcoming the better dead than red patriotism that stagnated money needs to be enlightened to the patriotism of progressivism that puts money to work. Working money produces hope and opportunity by creating jobs and
Markets to spend the new money in. Conservatism in the private sector is rewarded by selling assets that destroys jobs and income tax revenue increasing the national debt.
