My understanding is that he will do so at some later time when things sort themselves out a bit more.

Do you know how many other candidates have released theirs?

That folks that take the time to listen to him or to read through his policies proposals tend to view him positively. As to support on DU, well, not sure how much that reflects the world outside of DU?

He is very popular on YouTube. His interviews and public meetings get lots of attention, and the comments are overwhelmingly positive. That said, his support here on DU is maybe in line with the general public. His poll numbers are rising, so he could be a contender depending on the primary results. Long shot for sure! His policies make sense, and he seems to be a genuinely nice person.
