with the yippies ("don't trust anyone over 30", the police riot and Mayor Daley's machine.
Young voters not engaging in politics until they have rent, mortgages, bills, a job and responsibilities has always been so.

(20,591 posts)3. That's exactly how we felt in the 60s.
So we went out and DID something about it!
We didn't just whine and moan about it on "social" media.
We organized.
We marched in the streets.
Petitions were flying around everywhere.
We even levitated the Pentagon! (we at least tried to)
So get up off your sorry, dead asses and DO SOMETHING! Don't just sit there and complain about it.
Kids these days. 😉
