Laurence Tribe: The Supreme Court is suppressing evidence - The Last Word - MSNBC

After the Supreme Court agrees to hear Donald Trump’s immunity claim, Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe joins MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell to discuss the impact this could have on Donald Trump’s reelection. Professor Tribe says that this is “not the way a country that is concerned to preserve the rule of law and constitutional democracy would proceed.” - Aired on 02/28/2024.

That court now bends over backwards to protect the biggest scoundrel that ever sat in the Oval Office, since three of them are nominees of his, and three others often act as if they wish they had been.

This court puts it extreme ideology above law, precedent, logic, and the Constitution, and thereby subverts the foundation of the U.S.
